Is the Lincoln Square IMAX always sold out? I've been looking to see something there off and on all summer but there's never seats, or they're front row or disability seats. Sometimes only disability/companion seats in the front row!

I'm having humidity issues with PTAC units. I'm in an approximately 800 sqft, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom rental apartment on the top floor of a new building. Each bedroom has a PTAC unit and the living room/kitchen/dining room/entryway also has a PTAC unit that the superintendent says is about twice as powerful as the bedroom models. So that's 3 air conditioners for 800 square feet. I also have a small air circulator fan placed on top of the living room PTAC unit to blow the air further into the large living space.
