Just bought the wrong sim card (it was a mineo 5g, but it doesnt work on my phone), and just want to make sure not to make the same mistake again... So my Oneplus 8t+ phone is able to see these carriers https://i.imgur.com/otEmHDt.png, does that mean I should choose a plan that accepts docomo 4g?

I havent built a pc in 6+ years, and now im looking into it again to build one for a family member. She wants one as small and quite as possible, so im looking into undervolting a relatively good cpu on a M-ATX, shes also getting fiber installed in her home soon so I was thinking about going with the 2.5G LAN mobo. Which motherboard should I choose from?
