Currently using SweetLeaf stevia sweetener, which does not use dextrose, maltodextrin, or anything of the sort. It's a good product as far as I can tell, and I currently get it on Amazon at 3 packs of 70 packets for around $17 (U.S.). This comes out to about 8¢ per packet, which isn't bad, but I'm curious if anyone has found any bulk products for cheap that doesn't use off-putting sweeteners.

Just started a software development gig a few weeks ago. Commute about 3 hours a day on top of standard work time. Just started buying tri-tip, carne asada, and beef liver from my local market. My question is if I buy a full week's worth of food at a time and cook everything on Sunday, will the cooked product remain fresh in the fridge through Friday? I would like to avoid cooking during the week if at all possible.

Just finished the second test that dictates which column to place you in at for week 3. Made it through 35, albeit I had to pause a couple of times for a brief moment (not long enough in my opinion to not be considered consecutive). So that keeps me in column 2. Definitely have a ways to go, but doing a lot better than at the start already and I love it.

Managed to get 13 in for the initial test. Planning to start off light while forming the habit, then slowly work my way toward the 40 mark.

Update: Sorry everyone, I was mixing up the idea of a C expression and line of code. I'm also totally wrong about when the update to a variable takes place for the postfix increment/decrement operators. The expression bound to the same variable as the postfix operator is evaluated before the update to the variable.

Felt like there should be some clarification in reference to this post. The terms 'prefix' and 'postfix' seem to imply that there is some kind of 'waiting period' in evaluation. There is not. Many of us (myself included) were taught that the postfix operations are able to act

Seen a lot of posts about not needing vegetables in compliance with keto. According to this video however, while keto is fantastic for reduction of insulin resistance and powerful fat burning, fats get processed in the liver upon release from fat cells, causing an increase in liver triglyceride levels over time when keto alone is applied. Dr. Eric Berg recommends at least 7 cups of vegetables to combat this during the ketogenic process.

From my experience, I believe this to be true. I had been on keto for about 3 months (last couple of weeks I've been off due to multiple events, but I'll be back on very soon). During the first couple of months I experienced
