Pretty self explanatory, when I open the game it starts me off straight at the intro cutscene and sends me into the character creator. I play progression for a while and finally decide to get off. I open the game back up, go into progression again, and it resets back to that into cutscene and character creation

This does NOT happen when I go back to the menu, ONLY when I close the game/quit to desktop

I have made sure my steam cloud is synced and this hasn't helped, I feel like I may be missing some files but I can't tell which, all I know is that my local saved game probably shouldn't look like this. Really hope someone can help me out here
