Tried to find this online, but everyone asks if they should shampoo OR steam clean. I'm wondering if:

A) If you can steam clean it immediately after shampooing it?

B) If not, how much time would have to pass before you could steam clean it?

C) If you could do the reverse (steam clean, then shampoo) immediately after? And if not, how long would you have to wait to shampoo after cleaning it?

and

D) Someone told me that you can only clean carpets twice a year. Is that true?

Long story short, I have a dog and I don't have a set daily routine. It's not her fault, it's mine.

I just shampooed some of the parts of my carpet that were more heavily affected. There's one or two less-effected

I've lived all over the country, amd this is the only place I've really seen this. There are tons of condemned houses all over The Greater Pittsburgh Area, just sitting there completely unlivable.

I've also lived in many different areas of Pittsburgh, and they're everywhere. Near Sewickley, in South Hils- I think I've even seen some in North Hills.

Why haven't they been torn down and replaced/ rebuilt? Surely that would do a lot of good for the housing market- not to mention the environment.

So first off, it's more of an "I am emotionally/ mentally drained, and I need a snack and about 30 minutes of good conversation" face. For better or worse, I am extremely extroverted.
