I've been renting in OP for 3 years. I am looking to be a first time buyer, buying a condo.

Ideally I would love to stay in the OP/RF area. However, I don't want to restrict myself so I want an agent that is familiar with other areas of Chicago (north/west side).

Is it just me or was that Antarctica a slow version? I haven’t seen them do much tempo variation in songs.

As I’m speaking, this Bitter Boogie (11/13) also sounds like they’re playing in a different tempo.

Is this new? Am I crazy?
