You people had me believing you could create sourdough starter just by mixing flour and water together. Took me 3 years of attempts to realize you were just messing with me. Only just dawned on me this morning that this just was an elaborate prank. You really committed to it, I'm impressed. I haven't upgraded yet, the system is confusing me. I'm sure its intuitive once you get to understand it but I haven't played any decent ARPG's, my only link is diablo.

Anyway I've decided to start upgrading and I've been met with a puzzling question as mention in the title. My build does use Ice Barrage so its not the end of the world but are stats like this usually linked? I thought I might be able to trade away either Ice barrage or freeze rate but they are both under 1 header as far as I can tell.

Sorry if this has been posted before, I've tried the ingame guide and google but its not giving me a straight answer. Adding reddit after the question didn't help either!
