I have a bunch of discovered artifact mods in my collection that are not showing up on my character. The mods are new ones from this season.

I've seen lots of weird stuff that I haven't seen in 2+ years of crucible. I've play in many more 6v3 or 6v4 games since the switch than anytime before. Lots of in game player switching (players going out and coming in). Also the lobby behavior has been odd with matches almost starting, then resetting to 1/12 evaluating guardians. Anybody else experienced this sort of thing?
