Hi all I’ve generated about 15m on short form in last month and am trying to transition and funnel to long form on YouTube.

I make history content so the long form structure is straight forward enough; narration, photo/archive footage, easy slide transition or zoom pan out.

But rather than doing this manually for hours is there a faster way? I feel there must be, I assume this has been asked before but ld appreciate your suggestions.
