Got a refurbished ps5 from gamestop and in trying to set up for first time & controller wont connect when plugged in, just flashing blue lights on controller

A few months ago i transferred my sword data from my regular switch to my oled and the save data that was last on my game was in crown tundra, i couldnt fly anywhere in there though so i went back to wedgehurst station to try and go back now it says something wrongs with my pass. How to fix?
