I have ~4 years of prior experience (AML/KYC, financial crime compliance), but a family emergency meant I had to take the fastest opportunity β€” joined Deloitte USI as a fresher-level Trainee Associate in Enterprise Operations instead of experienced-hire. 3 months in now.

The package not matching my actual experience is starting to bug me. Questions:

**β€’**	Any realistic way to move to an experienced-hire band internally, or is that off the table once you're in as a fresher?
**β€’**	Anyone gotten an early/off-cycle hike by making a case for prior experience?
**β€’**	Or is it smarter to just grind it out \~1 year here and lateral out with the experience for a better offer?

Would love to

I recently joined Deloitte and added my work Outlook account to my personal iPhone. It made several Deloitte apps available (Can I, CYA, Deloitte Today, Magnet, MCD, Security, Tracking & Trading, etc.).

Are these all mandatory, or can I keep only the apps I actually need (Outlook, Teams, Authenticator, etc.)? My role is FinOps AR.

Hi everyone,

I’ll be joining Deloitte USI soon and have a question regarding background verification.

My previous employer has officially processed my exit and confirmed my Last Working Day. However, as per their policy in my case, they will issue only a Service Letter after the Full & Final settlement (around 45–60 days later) and not a Relieving Letter.

Until then, I only have the official LWD confirmation email.

Has anyone joined Deloitte USI in a similar situation? Was the Service Letter accepted for employment verification, or was a Relieving Letter mandatory?
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through a similar experience.
