I've noticed that during missionary sex, the majority of lovers I've had tend to bend their neck up to look down to where our genitals are connecting. I've always wondered why. I assume it brings some sort of sexy mental stimulation, but I've never asked. So now I'm asking you Reddit. ; )
Postscript: Still lmao over the first few responses that found my question moronic - upvoting all of them! Not sure I can clarify what I was trying to get at, but here's a quick try: Generally speaking, the women I've been with don't tend to get off on looking at dicks. (Who can blame 'em - dicks are ugly little fuckers). BUT it seems like almost an autonomic response that they look when the thrust

I'd seen this once before. It's such a good reminder of owning and remaining humble in our own story. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZVWIELHQQY
... what would I go back and tell myself 150 days ago?
- This is going to be one of the toughest best things you've done in a long time.
- Your body is going to have a shit-fit the first coupla weeks. It's going to feel like you're being turned inside-out at various times during that period. You will need to take care of yourself, drink lots of water, go to bed as early as you need to, and take walks to calm your nerves.
- After you're past the worst of the physical stuff, next few months are going to bring a new set of challenges. Who are you? Why can't you just have drinks now and then? You're not feeling all that great about yourself - why not drink some of that discomfort awa
Someone far wiser than I here at SD once suggested that we use some of our spare time to volunteer and help people. I guess it can help get us out of our own headspace and do some good along the way.
I've been mulling over where I might be of use. Thinking of being a backup driver for Meals on Wheels.... Anybody have any place they volunteer at that they recommend? I travel a bit for work, so am out of town some weeks. I'm looking to put in maybe 5-6 hours a week to start with. Thanks SD folks!
So I've noticed that a fair few of us here in the 60-120 range seem to be experiencing a wave of the blues (for lack of a better term). I'm assuming this is the absence of the so-called Pink Cloud - which to my understanding is the initial "high" we receive in fighting the good fight against drinking and seeing that we really can do it.
I guess my question for those who are farther along, if you experienced this lull, what worked for you to move beyond it?
