Hello folks! I'm writing this post to see if I can get some input on an issue I've recently run into.

Last Friday I was taking pictures with my T3i. Midway through the night right after taking a picture does the screen remain black and the red light to the bottom right rear of the body remains lit. Not new to seeing this happen I give the camera a few minutes to process this image. I probably hit the dial by accident before this picture and the shutter may still be open.

I look over the camera and see that it's still in the mode I set it to. The screen is still black and the light solid red after 5-10 minutes. So I switch the camera off. It doesn't shut off. I decide to remove the batter

We went inside

I'm heading back to the area to see how it fares after having helped yet another customer, and a short man with a high-end stroller asks me where the bicycle pumps are if we carry them. So I point in the direction of the pumps, which were in plain sight from where he was. I carry on with my duties.

I'm putting bicycles back on racks and placing skateboards back on the shelves and making another go-arou

This story goes back roughly four years ago, in the summer of 2010. I was an overnight employee at one of these big box retail stores making just short of $10 an hour. Hence my Reddit username. I didn't like the job very much the moment I was thrown out onto the sales floor for the very first time.

There were a few odd happenings throughout my six months working there but this one night just basically takes the cake.

I was working the snack aisle as usual, and always spent about 2-3 hours (depending on how many pallets came my way) loading it back up with everything from PB&J to pudding to fruit snacks. This night something was off, because I smelled something odd coming from one of t
