I can't get a match in war tales to start using the Kansas. Is it just me?

Anybody else notice this issue? I'm on Charybois III. I'm trying to survey everything but I'm missing one Fauna. I went to the coast and got both fish. I did notice something weird. I was sitting on the planet trying to figure out what to do and I hear a bird flapping it's wings and I went from hidden to discovered. I tried sense star stuff and looked up and there was a shimmer like a bird was flying over me. I shit at it but didn't hit anything. I don't know what to make of this.

I'm having an issue with this side mission. I get to vault tec University and I recovered and listened to journal 4. The problem is it still shows up as not completed. The box the journal was in is still there but empty. The icon still lights it up that I need it. Any suggestions?

Anyone find anything rare or find a great deal lately?

I just got an email that Maker's is changing the bottle design for the Cask Strength. It looks more like the 46 bottle. Maybe the label won't fall off now?
