I just read Dune and I can accept the worms swimming through sand. But when the Fremen ride one, the segment they’re hooking open never goes back into the sand. How does the sandworm keep moving if a segment in the middle of its body can’t go down?

With Emily coming up with a plan that might have worked against someone not as sharp as Cirie, it got me wondering:
What are some great ideas that almost worked, but failed due to a single flaw or oversight?

Emily? I see a million posts talking about Aubry getting out Ozzy and how well she played it.

Emily’s play almost worked, and probably would have if Cirie didn’t have an extra vote. While I understand that everyone loves Cirie and wants her to go deep, I think Emily’s play was making a great move out of a bad situation, and she very almost pulled off the biggest move of the season, maybe even the best move in years. It feels kind of hypocritical that Cirie would’ve been swap screwed, but Emily being voted out wasn’t.

I'm in pre-hardmode and I'm trying to get all the banners this playthrough. Below are all the pre-hardmode banners that I can get (so excluding corruption enemies because I have crimson) and how many more I need of each enemy before I get the banner. Do any of these enemies become way rarer in hardmode? I know for example that Undead Vikings become almost exclusively replaced by Armored Vikings in hardmode, and I think I have to finish Tim because he gets replaced by Runic Wizards. For things like Pinky or the beetles become harder to find? I also didn't include penguins or vicious goldfish/penguins because I can get those easily in hardmode, along with Old One's Army enemies.

If you take, for example, the set of all integers from 1-100, is it a nonzero percentage of the set of all integers? I don’t know if a finite set could be any positive percentage of an infinite set.

SpoilerHelp - Late Game

I’m trying to beat NKG for the first time and I’m running unbreakable strength and sharp shadow, not sure what else to run. Is dash master good with sharp shadow?

Anyway, the thing that kills me every time is when he stands on the ground, so I dash to dash through him and hit him with the shadow. This usually hits him, but sometimes he jumps backwards first and I get hit once or twice. How do I avoid that?

A side note is that this boss perfectly exemplifies my two big problems with this game:

  1. Every time I die, I have to watch the animation of the knight standing back up, charge the dream nail, watch the animation of the knight entering the dream, walk all the way down the hallway to the

Does anyone else love Cloth? I loved coming across her every time and then when she joined me in a boss fight and got impaled it was a perfect ending to the story.

I really liked Myla too and wished she did something and found what she was looking for. I was sad to kill her.

I have the PS4 void heart version of Hollow Knight. I just beat the game and got the bad ending (where the knight is sealed into the egg). I want to get all the trophies, so what’s next? I’ve got a few questions, but don’t want to search them up to avoid spoilers, so I’m asking them here.

Is there a way to get grubs and mask shards marked on the map? I’m not sure how much I’m missing of either. I have 7 masks and 2 pieces, so I might be missing two pieces or could be missing 6 or 10. I have all the vessels.

There are two trophies I’m not sure about, one about helping the herald and one about a grey mourner.

Are the dream nail versions of bosses required for 112%? If so how do I find them

I think it could be interesting if one week, right as the HoH competition is about to start, the Mastermind comes in, cancels the competition, and crowns himself as the HoH.

Then he nominates everyone for eviction, replaces the veto with a second blockbuster competition midweek, and then everyone votes on Thursday for who they want out (minus the two blockbuster winners).

Then everyone’s vote totals are announced to the whole house and whoever has the most votes is evicted. If there’s a tie they just do a revote where you can only vote for the tied people.

Do you think this idea would be interesting? It’ll at least be more interesting than Kelley, Will, and Keanu getting nominated this we
