I am doing a bike trip cycling London to Spain. My bike built with S&S couplers has a 26"x26"x10" hard case- 66cmx66cmx26cm. I need to ship the empty case from London to Barcelona. In some places you can use a service and request the day you want it delivered or have them hold it until you pick it up. Anybody in Spain or Europe have any suggestions? Which delivery service I should use? I am not sure if the hotel will hold it for a week and a half. Can I ship it to a Correos office and have it held there? Can people with large bike boxes do that? I am from the US.

Three Dog Night playing at Atlanta Stadium in August of 1972. The Faces with Rod Stewart opened. My mom took me and my two sisters. I still have the program and the book they sold. We probably had $6 dollar tickets, but maybe the more expensive $7 tickets. My mom introduced me to so much good music. Three Dog Night was one of the biggest bands of the time.
After Unbound this year where I got massive blisters from running and walking through mud for four miles, I am thinking about more flexible shoes more suited for running or walking. Currently I am wearing Shimano RX8s, which are carbon soled and very stiff. Any ideas? I am looking at longer races that might have mud or hike-a-bike sections. I am having trouble finding information on Google and various places on the web. Thanks!
I live in a loft and the interior portion of my AC and Heater- furnace, fan, evaporator coil- are located out in the open above my utility room in the center of my loft. What would be the quietest system to get or how would I go researching this? Most noise level comparisons I have found center on the condenser. That is outside and a floor below me. I do not really care how loud that is.
