Anyone have a pulse on when Parx is going to start in Chicago tonight?
I've seen artists at HOB that start around ~8:30p, but that's when doors were 6:00pm. Doors tonight are 5:00pm. Thanks!
Looking to make a Chicago flag, but a mashup with Martin Garrix's logo. Thinking of swapping two of the stars out with the "+X" logo? Either center, left or right? Possibly changing the "+X" to the Chicago red? Feel free to get creative and do what feels best.
I can gladly give a couple bucks out to the first one or two! Thanks!

I'm travelling from Amman to Bangkok (one-way). I'm liking the flights that Oman Air provides, but I see two options with them.
- ~$415 - Amman -> Muscat -> Bangkok
- ~$290 - Amman -> Muscat -> Bangkok -> Phuket (but skip the Bangkok -> Phuket leg)
Travelling solo, carrying one backpack that can be used as a carry on, and meeting a friend in Bangkok. I have no intentions of visiting Phuket either. I've never done a hidden city booking, but this trip looks like it fits the bill and the risk seems low. The rest of my flights on the trip are with United, ANA, AirAsia and Jetstar.
I'm looking for some input as to what I should do. Would you just book the Phuket fli
Around 11:30pm last night (2/10), my girlfriend lost her wallet.
We believe that the wallet was dropped on the east side of High street between Too's and CVS, or on the north side of Lane ave between CVS and Tuller street. The wallet is red, and about the size of a very small purse, but without the strap. Her first/last name initials are S.J.
If you believe that you picked up the wallet last night, please PM me. You can keep the cash in the wallet, as we just want all of the cards back (drivers license, BuckID, Passport card, gift cards, etc.)
We are aware of the lost & found outlets, but I figure I might as well post here to cover all of our bases. Thank you fellow Buckeyes!!
Hello everyone,
I am traveling to Europe soon and some friends are hosting me for a weekend at their home. I am trying to think of some small gifts I can give them as a "Thank You" for hosting me.
I am a local Ohioan from Columbus here and would like for the gifts to be as local as possible. Stuff stereotypical to Columbus, OSU, Ohio or even just related to the Midwest United States in general, etc.
Unfortunately they have to be small enough to fit in my travel backpack. (carry on size bag)
Any ideas by chance?! I'm not good with gifts. Thanks XD
Where is your next trip going to be? Or where do you want to go next?
I am planning a small 21 day trip in May to Europe. I will be traveling to Munich, Antwerp, Netherlands (Amsterdam & northern countryside near Alkmaar) and Denmark (Copenhagen & Skagen).
Staying at a combination of hostels, Airbnb and friends in Europe. I am thinking of renting a car in Germany and driving around the southern part of Germany near Munich. I am also going to rent a bike in Amsterdam and ride up to Alkmaar for a night or two!
Excited to go, but also interested in other people's plans!
Hello, I am visiting Amsterdam soon and I wanted to take a small tour of the surrounding countryside there.
I keep looking at bike rental shops online, but many seem to have "city bikes". I haven't ridden these city bikes before (only mountain bikes & road bikes), would they be good to use for a country side tour?
Which bike / rental place in Amsterdam would you recommend for usage on a semi-long distance countryside tour?
Much Thanks!
Hello all, i'm stopping in Jordan for about a week in May.
I am currently planning to hang out in Amman and possibly visit Petra from Aqaba. I might make a small trip out to Wadi Rum, but I have been fortunate enough to experience many deserts here in the USA.
I'm also excited to visit Amman and just take in the local experience. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do/where to go in Amman? Best part of the city to gain a real Jordanian experience? Are there any good tea shops/cafes/bars with a great view of the city by chance? Best lively place to go on a Friday/Saturday night?
Much Thanks!
Hello all,
I am travelling to Turkey for 10-14 days in May to Istanbul and I am looking into travelling to the Southeastern area of Turkey as well.
So far I have Istanbul > Urfa > Mardin > Van > Istanbul.
Is anyone familiar with these areas by chance? Any tips? Recommendations? Thoughts?
Much Thanks!
Hello all, I am planning a small trip to Turkey and Jordon. Solo backpacking style for 2-3 weeks in May (short, I know. I travel very fast).
I am trying to go to Istanbul, then far southeastern Turkey (Sanliurfa, Mardin, Van).
Returning up to Istanbul and flying into Amman, Jordan. I was thinking of going to Aqaba area, then from there visiting Wadi Rum and Petra.
Has anyone been to any of these places by chance? Thoughts? Tips? Advice? Any recommendations?
Thanks!
