Can I break my fixed-term lease because my landlord keeps threatening to evict me over my dog?

When I first moved into my current apartment, I had two dogs. One of them unfortunately passed away from old age while I was living here.

My lease states that I am allowed to have two dogs. Two days ago, I got a new puppy, bringing me back to having two dogs.

My landlord was immediately unhappy and told me that he was going to evict me because I got another dog. We met in person, he met the puppy, and after talking about it, he changed his mind and told me that I could stay.

I was approved back in November and managed to get two appointments done before receiving a letter mid December claiming I had private dental insurance. They said I needed my employer to fill out a form confirming I didn’t have coverage. The problem? I had already been laid off and i applied AFTER the fact i was laid off.

They mailed the form on December 8 and expected me to receive it, contact my former employer, have them complete it and mail it to me, and then return it to Canada Dental Plan by January 19. I managed to get it sent back by January 10.

So the last few days i have a bad tooth ache that i'm waiting to see a dentist in 2 weeks time. Atm i'm prescribed ketorolac 3 times a day 10mg. But they are not doing anything towards the pain, they told me i can take up to 2 at a time, plus x3 extra strength Tylenol, and oragel causes everything to hurt worst. Still no relief, Im planning on going to emerge if my family doctor cant see me tomorrow, what pain killers can i take that can help with the pain. Im on 28mg of suboxone, tabs.

So I have to move due to my current landlord needing the apt for their parents. I was given the proper amount of notice from them. No issue their, we have a move out date of Nov 31st.

It took my 2 months to secure a new apt with the housing crisis. Last week we signed the lease, and the day after he tried to back out of it because she had asked me to pay 4000$ up front which is more then the legal limit. I told him i would pay the damage deposit. And a prorated amount for the remainder of January. He agreed,(in text message) so I sent them the damaged deposit and half of January's rent as we were suppose to get the keys tomorrow. I have already swapped over the power bill aswell.

My previous landlord had me evicted due to a pipe bursting in the bathroom, they did a late payment of rent for the reason. For 4 years we paid half of the rent on the 1st and other half on the 20th, this was agreed by from the one of the managers who accepts the rent payments. Instead of fighting, we ended up finding a new place to rent closer to my work so I moved out of my old apartment March 31.

Today i received an email with a bill attached with repair bill for the flood itself which was already determined I was not at fault. A sherif Fee of 500$, which no sherif was used, we agreed and moved out. Only thing I can see their is the cleaning fee of $325 because we left an love seat in

I've been noticing my pinky toe and the one next to it has been numb for awhile. It feels like I have something wrapped around my pinky and toe next to it, like elastic or something. Their are no marks or brushing at all, i do have back from a car accident and I've spoken to my doctor about it but it just seems lile they don't care.

I canceled my first space station to build a smaller one but It shows i still have the quest in transactions, but the colony ship is no longer their for me to deliver. But i am also unable to do another claim. When i go back and try to cancel it again it gives me an error "cannot release claim".

I realized doing a big station at fist will be hard, so i canceled it. I wanted to rebuy the system and select a lower station. It would not let me, so i figured it was a timer on reclaiming the same spot so i went to look for another. I didn't find one so i logged out, and i just logged back in and its showing i own that system again. So i said i should get it done but im afraid if it was a server lag and i start donating material it will be deleted lol. Is it safe XD?
