Generally speaking, is it easier to get an Uber or a taxi during normal working hours in central Kaohsiung? Will be there for a few weeks and would like to know if it’s worth the effort to sign up for an Uber account, or if I should just stick to MRT and taxis.

Has anyone used a forwarding service which allows you to order something online, send it to their warehouse, and they will ship it to your address in VN by air? I did a search and found MyUS.com but the reviews are pretty negative. I will be grateful if you can share your experiences shipping items from US to VN.
