So I had wrist surgery/ arm surgery. They removed 2 inches of bone out of my arm and did not put anything to replace it. No screws, no rod, no plate. Just left it unsupported. Now I need to go back in for a surgery to have the rod placed. The surgeries are almost a year apart. I kept saying I was in pain and the doctor didn’t believe me. He was upset I was still wearing my splint. This is medical malpractice right?
