So I (37M) have been living with my GF (34F) for about a year and things are good. She has a dog that I love and we take turns with walks etc and it’s good.

I’m a bit burned out at work now and I had this whole week plus last Friday off. I had agreed to got meet her at her beach house where she is staying this August with her mother for 4 days.

And I mean it’ll be a good time we will do nice couple things and everything but here’s the catch:

I was going to start xc2 when the upgrade got announced so I waited the extra month for it to release only to find out the audio in battle is pretty much inaudible.

Is there any fix fiddling with audio settings and if so is it better or should I just wait for all upgrades to release and hopefully they will go back and try to fix the games.

I’m a bit pissed because i got this game eating up 50+ gb of internal memory and I was hoping to finally get around to it.

Otherwise I might wait and play another rog and hope this get fixed lol

Been playing for a month and only got Suicune.

I’ve been using the reset trick for an hour on pikachu and arcanine island but no luck.

These drop rates are ridiculous to the point I feel if I played the game wants me to play I may never get a legendary.

It’s a bit demoralizing because I’m loving the game but I feel like a special part of it is inaccesible due to the insane rng required for some legendaries…

Only played DQ 11 and enjoyed it, was curious about the remakes since it’s been stated that it is recommended to start with 3 as it is chronologically fist and currently on sale at 29€.

Does it show its age too much or does the remake help modernize it somewhat?

Any frustrating thing I may need to be forewarned about?

I want to get suicune as he’s one of my favs but 3 days and no luck and I’ve read online some people take 20-100 attempts so my question is:

If I time skip to tomorrow and let’s say I find suicune get him back to my game etc and then reset clock back to normal date would I be unable to do island events tomorrow?

I’ve always enjoyed the MP series but I’ve heard this one has a bit of mixed reception.

Can anyone give me any personal feedback on wether or not is worth picking up at full retail price?

Just saw that after that mission is a point of no return of timed quests. I have just found the info on how to get into the castle where the character I need to save is (not saying names so no spoilers for anyone).

As soon as I get the info on how to get there does a timer start? I have a lot of side content to finish so I wanted to know if I should load a previous save or I’m good to finish everything else before going to the castle.

For my birthday next month I thought it would treat myself to a switch 2 upgrade. I have a ton of digital games on my back log and since the virtual key card update I’m looking online how it works when setting up a new switch console. Unfortunately all in reading is complex actuation deactivation and 14 day borrowing without any specific answer.

To be clear, I can’t just use my Nintendo account in the switch 2, download the games and authorize the game cards on the new switch 2? Is that possible or do I have to jump through the hoops of manually transferring the licenses to my switch 2?

First time playing through Lok series.

I’ve heard the lore and story often through yt videos but in taking the plunge since I got SR 1 + 2.

I’m a bit over halfway through SR1 and I’m just curious:

Is it supposed to be story light? It feels a bit light in story though I remember playing SR2 years ago and it had a lot more story.

Does story pick up later or more in later titles?

Also is blood omen a required play or at least the story? I’m thinking of reading up on it when I finish SR1 and before I go to SR2.

Liking the game so far but I do hear a lot about the story and lore and was wondering if SR1 picks up story wise or is more starting on SR2.

So I’ll try to be as brief as possible.

I work as a supervisors for a team of 60 people along with 2 other supervisors. Currently there is only 2 of us as the other one is on extended medical leave.

This is already putting a lot of stress on the both of us as we doing a higher workload than expected with less support as we have to take a bigger share of the work (of course without additional pay). This has been going on for at least 3-4 months and no temporary replacement has been set yet even though it’s been promised.

We work on a platform where we receive the cases in the system and they have their own tags to differentiate between legal, complaint etc.

The planning and thinking of it has been good but these last 2 weeks before moving in (I’m moving in 3 days) have me panicking with anxiety thinking about what could go wrong thinking of plan b in case it wouldn’t work out and all kind of scenarios.

A part of me is kind of thinking it will be the end of my independence even though rationally we are both very independent and enjoy our alone time.

I’ve never lived alone since I live in a HICOL city and I think in part I’m kind of sad in missing out on the experience.

The thing is she is a sweetheart and is so good to me
