This happened last year. It would rain and the pump and heater would int start. I put down a plastic tarp wait til it’s dried out. Bingo starts right up. So the short seems to be underground. The outlets and all other answers it could be were checked out by sn electrician.

The electricians didn’t seem to believe it was rain related but had no answers. Suggestions please. I’m considering laying down mulching mess, stone, and dirt on the suspected areas. Thanks!
