Hey all, Long time player but just discovered this community. Very grateful to have some recourse to defend myself from some predatory platforms. I'm Dana, 39F from the US. I design apps, and I have 3 boys I am attempting to turn into decent humans. Glad I found you all.

At this point I don't even look at review scores when checking norske casino sites.

Every platform seems to have a rating somewhere between 9.7 and 9.9. Then you open another review site and find a completely different ranking with the same scores.

After a while those numbers start feeling meaningless.

These days I get more value from reading discussions where people disagree with each other than from reading another "Top 10" list. Mixed opinions tend to sound more genuine.

How do you decide which sites are worth looking into? Do ratings still influence you at all or have you stopped paying attention to them?

Anyone else having issues being connected to an agent? Idk if the platform is down or what, but I’m just stuck in purgatory waiting to be assigned to an agent. Bovada is having massive issues lately.

Got this 100% Casino bonus promo from Draftkings, does anyone have a strategy for the best way to play through it? Got a $100 bonus on a $100 deposit with 15x wagering requirement. I want to maximize my chances of keeping some of the bonus money. Should I stick to low volatility slots or try my luck at table games? Any tips on which games contribute most to the playthrough would be appreciated.

I know this probably sounds basic to a lot of people here but it was kind of a revelation for me so I wanted to share. Picked up a rotisserie chicken on sale for $4.99 at the end of the day when they mark them down. Still warm , perfectly fine. When I got home I just sat at the table and broke the whole thing down instead of just pulling pieces off as needed like I usually do.

Night one: both legs and thighs with some rice and frozen broccoli. Easy, filling, felt like a real dinner.

Night two: pulled all the breast meat, mixed it with a little mayo, celery I had, and some pickle juice, made chicken salad sandwiches. My partner said it was the best chicken salad I'd made which was funny

I've been doing this for about a year and it's the only thing that consistently works for me when I hit a wall on something I've been avoiding. The problem with big tasks isn't usually the task itself, it's the mental image of doing the whole thing. Your brain looks at "clean the entire apartment" or "finish this report" and just refuses to engage because the endpoint feels too far away. But "spend 10 minutes on this" is almost nothing. It doesn't trigger the same resistance. So you start. And the weird thing is that once you're actually doing the thing, the friction mostly disappears. Starting was the hard part. By the time the timer goes off you're usually already in it and stopping actual
