Who needs to take the blame for our big recent outbreaks?

With today’s numbers growing by more than 300 again, we are closing in on 1000 cases relating to meat plants. Add the booms at care homes and we are looking at two specific genre of very preventable outbreaks. I’m leaning Hinshaw as she has been far too soft. She’s the expert she needs to drive policy.
