It looks kinda like a burn from the heat, but the one beside is completely okay. Does it look bad?

Went out for a trip, is this still safe?

It gets somewhat around 3-4h of sun per day. But it has never became green and pretty as expected.

Any help is appreciated

Any Idea what is happening here?

It has been outside, on a not so sunny place, 3-4h pf direct sun per day: has been around for 1y+ and everyday ls going worse.

Watering every other day, when the soil gets a bit dry. And has decent drainage
