I've been playing Smite 1 since Beta. I have 450K legacy gems in Smite 2. You could call me somewhat of a hardcore fan of Smite. There isnt a single other game Ive put as much of my life into as Smite.

As a long-time customer of HiRez, I have had my fair share of frustration watching the money I spent on Smite fund other IP that generally felt like an attempt to catch whichever hype train was popular at the time only for that effort to be too little, too late, over and over again..

That being said, that's the reality of what happened, so they are now diverting all of their resources back into Smite in order to save their brand.
