I migrated to Gmail (Google Workspace) and 100k e-mails, all of which seem to be duplicate of legitimate e-mails, say "(unknown sender) (no subject)".

The e-mail body starts by showing e-mail headers in the body of the e-mail. As in, one starts with

How can I get rid of them? Selecting them all and deleting them does not work. Gmail deletes the first 50 of them, promises to get rid of the rest, then nothing happens for days.

I have tens of thousands of media I need to migrate from Apple Photos to Google Photos, 100+ albums. I tried the online migration tool offered jointly by Apple and Google, but it keeps failing with this error (translated from my native language):

Apple has received a request to copy your photos from iCloud to Google Photos. Due to an error during the transfer, the request could not be completed.

If I try to copy the pictures from my Mac through Google Drive, picking the iCloud Photo Library, they get uploaded but the albums are lost.

How can I best proceed? I simply would like to replicate my pretty usual structure.

I am considering migrating to Workspace with my partner. We would uses it for private purposes as Workspace offers more value for money and some more privacy compared to consumer Google products.

We are using separate domains for our stuff (each with their own domains).

What would be the advantages/disadvantages of each going "solo" with their own Worspace vs. having a joint one?

One advantage would be that my partner could stay with the Starter one while I could go for the Standard one (for the Gemini stuff and the added storage; I am the only one interested).

Another advantage: if one of us dies, the other stays super admin of their own Workspace and no trouble needed for the own data

Wife and I use custom domains (plural, I have my own one, she has her own one) and are pure Apple users (macOS, iOS, iPad, what gives).

For years we have used Apple provided services for custom domains, iCloud. Lately, especially with email, we have had a lot of issues including but not limited to DNS errors (Apple side), outgoing emails being blacklisted, folders not being populated in Apple Mail app.

Therefore, we are considering moving to Google workspace for files, emails, calendar, etc. In particular, Business Standard.

I have a simple scheduling system through the Meaco app: I would like Night Mode with 55% target to kick in at 21:00 and Smart Humidity with 45% target to kick in at 09:00.

I created these two schedules. They look identical apart from the different values. Same structure. Only the Night Mode one works. I need to set the Smart Humidity mode manually each morning.

The log shows that the morning schedule gets triggered, though. It's just not effective. What am I doing wrong?

Bisher gibt es nur Koax-Internet von Vodafone. Kein DSL. Es gibt auch kein Kupfer.

Es gibt jedoch Ethernet-Kabel (CAT 7) von den Wohnungen zum allgemeinen Keller. Dafür gibt es keine Erklärung.

Ein anderer Eigentümer hat Glasfaser bei der Telekom angefordert.

Die Telekom hat ihm mitgeteilt, dass sie eine Box im Keller installieren und das Internet über die Ethernet-Kabel in die Wohnungen leiten werden. Dies sei bereits vor X Monaten vom Bauträger genehmigt worden (damals gab es noch keine WEG).

I picked feature request, but this is rather a rant. I love my Remarkable. I have no particular desires for any feature, so in general, I embrace their design philosophy.

What I think is scandalous is that a device that is majorly marketed for studying and research does not support eduroam Wi-Fi. eduroam is present in over 100 countries, including Norway!

Got the itch to play video games again, after the PS1 and the N64.

Saw that the Switch 2 was just released. Saw that it was sold out. Went randomly on Amazon, the vanilla version was available. Snatched it. It will be delivered in two days.

I have a 130 m2 flat with 5 rooms. I am considering the MeacoDry Arete Two to help dry clothes and reduce the overall humidity.

I do not have a huge humidity problem. It stays around 60-65%. However, in summer, it seldom stays below that despite airing out in the morning and in the evening. It just keeps climbing up again. Bringing it down to around 50% would also make us suffer less from the heat.

The price difference is not an issue, but the 20 L seems to be quieter and have slightly lower operating costs. However, the 25 L one seems to be more suitable for the flat size. But maybe the 20 L one is sufficient?

Mediafusion aggregates Torrentio, Comet, and so on.

My streams are proxied by MediaFlow-Proxy.

What I am missing is a way to see my RD content AND proxy it through my server. The already downloaded files.For example, sometimes I download a whole season.

I tried StremThru, also self-hosted, and I can see my RD catalog, but it is not proxied through my server.

I am on TorBox Pro with the discounted rate ($7/6.38EUR/month).

But I am cheap AF, and I see that I could have access to torrents and Usenet via Real Debrid and EasyNews for a total of 4.47EUR/month.

Would this be a good change overall?
