So I’ve been using NAD and glutathione for maybe 3 months. But I’m thinking of changing/adding. I started this journey to find some relief postpartum for some joint pain (never had before), sleep issues (baby is sleeping, but my body seems to wake up at ANY noise lol), and melasma on my face. I’m an athlete, so working out is a regular part of my routine, but understandably endurance and recovery aren’t as spectacular postpartum. I also have a bad stomach (always have, so not sure if there’s anything out there for that, or anything I should avoid).
All that being said, what peptides would you recommend?
My husband asked why I don’t just prep a few individual bottles, rather than the pitcher and pouring it into bottles throughout the day? I’m sure there’s a reason, but my brain isn’t working right now lol. (We’ve used the baby brezza since birth, but something doesn’t seem right with it the last couple of days, so I’m hand mixing right now & looking into the pitcher method instead).
This is probably a very dumb question, but do I just put the diaper in a ziploc bag overnight, does it need to go in the fridge? We’re going to the pediatrician tomorrow.
For those who passed their 1 hour glucose test: did you fast or no? I keep hearing conflicting things. 😩
I have neutral pale skin. Though I sometimes use self tanner, but I’m still not super tan lol. I also have melasma. 🫠 Slightly acne prone (pores can clog easily). Lean towards oily.
I’m looking for a full coverage foundation I can wear most days. I have a Sephora gift card, so even better if it’s sold there.
This is a NO judgement post. More out of curiosity and just a place to talk.
What not recommended things did you do while pregnant? Did you experience any negative consequences? (Think sushi, deli meat, vaping, red wine, botox, certain medicines/supplements…I’m trying to think of any others lol).
If you were an all star and didn’t do anything taboo, what are you looking forward to most post-baby?
Let me first say I feel absolutely horrible for feeling any sadness.
This is likely my only baby (I’m 35, husband is 47 and has a 13 year old from his first marriage). We both wanted a girl, and it’s just what I always envisioned.
Can any boy moms in here hype me up about the great things about having a boy? I just feel out of my element (I’m extremely “girly” lol). I just want to connect and be the best mom I can be.
I try to be super careful with the litter (gloves, mask when I remember, wash my hands obsessively). I even wash my hand just after touching the cats. I got some judgement from a woman last weekend and it made me feel horrible. I’m trying to avoid the other bad stuff (sushi, deli meat, runny eggs, etc), but these are my babies, they’re a non-negotiable.
I just feel like there’s SO much we can’t do or have (which I’m totally good with for the most part lol) and I feel like I’m never getting it right.
How do I report someone for operating without cargo insurance?
So I know there’s “What to Expect When You’re Expecting,” but is there one for what to do when the baby’s actually here?? 🤣
