Hi everyone!! I want some advice to get into corporate from ops. I am currently an L4 area manager for 4 months only and I acknowledge that it’s too early for me but I want to plan ahead. I was an associate at a SSD for 4 years while I was a full time university student and graduated with BS in Computer Science. I got the L4 position through university hire and I wanted to just test out this job while looking for something I wanted. But now that I actually like being a manager I want to get into a position where I can use my degree and be a leader as well. Is DDT1 at Hazel Park actually closing it’s building permanently?

Can someone explain me how this actually works and how much I am getting per month. And is there any tax deduction on bonuses? I am very confused!
