So we have cursor and Grokbot supplied by work, and it’s been great finding ways to integrate that into workflows.

One gap we have is we have no automated access to zendesk. Bug reports get escalated to Jira, but lack the whole conversation. I’ve had my agents using the atlassian MCP without issue but that zen data is the missing piece often.

Only semi-promoted from an offhand comment about lacking zen access, Grokbot figured out it could use a browser automaton to log into zendesk, forwarding me the ms Authenticator prompt and all. It worked great for a few days. I was able to solve tickets smoothly without even opening zen. I was happy.

Then I had a task to clear a board of old stal

So about 12 months ago I had the idea of making a tool for myself, to monitoring my fleet of printers. I only had 4 then. Today I have more, and PandaWatch has been essential to my own fleet monitoring.

Handy is a great app, but only for one printer at a time. PandaWatch lets you monitor as many as you own, all in one place. Cameras, stats, filament, health, metrics and more.

So this is on 2 fronts. Primarily it’s on the “underpaid postage due” system; I know the sizes of my parcels. I literally only ship 4 different sized boxes. I know their dimensions. I order them, I have measured them, they are stored in a slot on my shelf that wouldn’t even. allow them to fit if they differed. And yet it’s not uncommon to get an underpaid postage, $3.40 owing, measured 1cm bigger in every direction than declared, and that’s enough to push it up.

I ship a lot of these, and it’s only a fraction of them, but that makes it worse in my opinion. There’s no dispute process or way to argue it. It’s pay now, or else.

They also never go the other way. If I over declare, they won’t

Is this normal, or something I’m doing wrong?

Been starting walks with my AirPod pros lately, with Spotify running in the background.

I love the spatial audio from the game, and it always starts out great. I have my music playing and positional game sounds, good combination.

Then without fail, the game sounds vanish and i just have music. It’s very frustrating.
