I have a macbook air a3114 that boots up to the screen showing an exclamation mark in a circle with the text

support.apple.com/mac/restore

I've done a small amount of research and this indicates that this is a firmware corruption of some sort.

It boots up to this text almost instantly, and holding cmd+r does not do anything.

This computer has some data on it that I really would like to get back. I know that the ssd is soldered onto the motherboard and my research suggests that the ssd is encrypted by some key in some chip.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I am willing to pay good money to have the data recovered. I've read that so

I memba when the collection log was a book that you had to fetch from the varrock library and store it in your house

I think jagex should consider rare items that can be used to make cool upgrades to your poh, similar to how sailing does it with the bottled storm, etc. It's not really been explored before in osrs. What are some poh upgrades you could see coming to the game that are useful but not overpowered?

I think a bank deposit box would be cool. Doesn't really break anything but would be a nice little feature to have in your house. Full banking would be too op.

I know there's an official program with anthropic you can apply to but my understanding is that you need to be part of a relatively prestigious organization in order to get it. I get denied if I do so much as analyzing vulnerabilities.

Are blackhat hackers using jailbreaks? Open weight models? Hacked cyber program accounts? (Find it difficult to believe you can slip in under the radar given token costs) You always hear about the APT groups like lapsus using AI assisted tooling.

I only really started playing in around 2020, and I would say the biggest change is how easy it is to get into pvm nowadays. Back then there was quite a distinct split in the playerbase and it was the norm to see people who literally never did pvm content.

Tob had such an aura around it as god tier difficulty and if you had a friend who knew how to run it, they felt like woox. Seeing an iron run tob was very impressive. There really were no intro bosses back then and basically the first boss most people did was zulrah and it felt like a giga challenge back then.

Inferno was still considered insanely challenging to the point where most people who had capes probably bought them. Eve

I think it would be cool to have a reboot mechanic in raids 4 for the final boss fight. It should be something that is difficult to execute and loses dps while doing, but is super satisfying to pull off. Can be blorva tier difficulty. Imagine the aura pulling it off to bring your team back. Clutch moments make tob awesome, like surviving multiple sote phases only tickeating or carrying verzik p3 into tornados solo.

I recently have been having trouble with how much my legs hurt proceeding my leg day. I've been going very hard lately squatting and while I love it, I just hate how I have habitually sore legs after. I end up limping around. I've been lifting for years now but its now starting to get to me due to some lifestyle changes that require me to walk around a lot more + I'm on a cut which I think is making it worse.

My major quad exercise of choice is hack squat, usually doing 3 plates for 10 reps 4 sets. I try to go really deep and it seems that's directly proportional with how much I'm going to hurt.

Anyone have any tips for helping with soreness in my quads? Does doing that rolling ou

Mine is the SRA. After I got the duke piece I was very much in the mindset of "wow perma bank space, I'm never going to grind out levi or whisp anyway, I'll just get a scythe". Then I got the siren staff on a slayer whisp task of 10kc. Then I decided to do some vard to test out the nox hally there and got the axe head. Well, now I'm only one piece away. Let's go get it quick from levi (no bofa btw). Took me 2300 kc. Worth it though. And stocked up on mantas for life.

After seeing people on reddit cry about them and trying it day 1 i thought they were going to be a pain to chop and super slow, relegated towards mains and not practical to gather on my own. But it turns out if you do it right it's quite fast to gather. In just a couple minutes I got enough for 1,000 arrows. Wiki says 10k an hour which is enough to last for quite a while.

Only thing that sucks is that you get 7x less when applying to already made arrows, which is a bit cringe as I don't think you should be punished for processing your drops. If it were like 90 vs 105, I wouldn't care but that's just too steep. And now I have a stack of tons of arrows I probably won't be using. But I
