I've seen RMC is suppose to be the best but heard people say the buffs can drop off on e2 Cast?.

I have Cast e2s1 Tribbe e1s0 Hyacine e0s1

I currently have RM E0s0 but could easy make e1s1 with tokens.

For someone that always plays on auto which 3th member would be better ? Rmc or potentially e1s1 Ruan Mei?

Hello. I've rented out my property in Rutherford NSW . It has a rainwater tank that has a pump that can be used to flush toilets and back hose for watering garden, if the tank has any water in it. It wasnt working when i moved out. But forgot to mention it to real the estate.

Dishwasher was giving the tenant issues, so I went out and replaced it with a new one. And had a look at the rainwater tank. And it was not working , tenant even commented she thinks it's never worked. But my agent is asking to get it fixed as it was brought up for maintenance. Got a quote for close to 3k . I always fix stuff the tenant has issues with. But this is a lot of money for something I believe was neve
