I have been trying to complete a transaction on the platform but my payment has been stuck in “pending” status for an unreasonable amount of time now.

I have submitted all necessary verification documents, including my passport and proof of address. In addition, I have also sent my details to the respective payment method. This was not a small task and required me to share a considerable amount of sensitive personal information. Despite all this, there seems to be no progress on my transaction.

It’s extremely vexing that even after providing all the information required, and making every possible effort from my end, there are still issues that are being unresolved.
