Because my endocrinologist from before I was 18 gave me one when I was 16. I didn't feel like I could say no, and it hurt me mentally. I thought it was purely medical at the time, but I'm not completely sure now. She did mostly patting down IIRC, but I'm not sure.
When I(AMAB, presents female mostly) was 16(about 9 months on HRT), I got a breast exam from my endocrinologist. She had been somewhat insistent on doing it(I thought at the time it was clinical). She didn’t force it but II felt like I couldn’t say no. She said it was to check breast growth or something along those lines. She kind of patted them around and such(I don’t remember if she squeezed on parts at all); it wasn’t all that long. It seemed like it was clinical to me at the time, but I don’t really have the knowledge required to know that. Was it normal? Was this clinical?
"He's schizophrenic ... Yes, I whisper instructions in his ear about 5G and Soros...'cuz that's just what heroes do."[+37] "If that is true then great job. Making fun of mentally ill people might be amusing for some people, but I think it is disgusting. But, to each their own I suppose." [-9]

... I murdered those orphans IRONICALLY.
Frankly, the possibility that organ donation might save a life far outweighs any reason people have to not do it. Someone feeling uncomfortable isn't more important than the potential to save a life. Someones religious beliefs are not more important than the potential to save a life.
