I’ve always preferred Bf3’s button preset of B for melee and right stick for crouch, which is now alternate. However I noticed for some reason when I switch to that button presets, B will still crouch AS WELL, rendering me unable to use bipods or surface mounting. Is anyone else also experiencing this? I haven’t had enough free time to go through the controller mapping to manually set everything so I’m curious if this is an issue I’m exclusively dealing with or if it’s widespread, friend of mine who uses M&K said he couldn’t rebind his keys either.

I’ve honestly really enjoyed using it. So used to blitzing through levels with either stun or smoke that I wanted to force myself to slow down by using it and some complementary amps. My one complaint however, is that I cannot barricade windows with it, here’s hoping RB might change that.

This just woke me up remembering this and had to share; a couple years ago (2020-2021) timeframe, I was driving home from work after continuous work day. One of the last days we had and we worked around close to 24 hours so I had been awake for somewhere near 27 hours. I recently tried replaying JC3 on my Series X and now i’m dealing with a bug that as far as I have been able to tell either no one has dealt with, or has mentioned yet, where I cannot even request rebel drops softlocking me from progressing the “Mario’s Rebel Drops” mission. Umm or talking about not being able to throw the beacon; it’s acting like I don’t have a beacon available, but still says “1 out of 1 available”. I’ve tried restarting the mission, killing myself, starting a new game, and even deleting both the game and save file and reinstalling. Anyone have any suggestions as what to do at this point?
