I'm upgrading my phone and plan with Rogers, and when I look at the trade in value for my current phone, I see this:
An extra $400, awesome! I'm upgrading to one of those phones, so I should be good to go.
BUT... after that screen, it just keeps saying trade-in value is only the $280, and I don't really want to submit my final order to upgrade my phone and plan when I don't see any documentation of the extra $400!!
I called Rogers, and of course,

I'm creating what I thought would be a simple agent. I have a SP folder as my knowledge, which contains a couple of xlsx files. The files have over 200 rows (logs) each.
When I ask the agent how many logs, it says around 20. When I ask where it got that number, it tells me it's just looking at snippets...
How do I get the agent to summarize the entire files in the SP knowledge folder?
If I upload the files in a normal copilot chat and ask it to do the same thing, it works. But not when the folders are in a knowledge folder.
Any advice would be appreciated!

Well, I'm really disappointed with NSO.
My young son just accidentally deleted his game save with Donkkey Kong Bonanza, and I'm so shocked that there's no way to access backup files other than the latest save that copies over as soon as the game closes.
How is there no backup history?? No multiple save points??
This feels like a huge oversight by Nintendo, especially considering it's THE console for young kids.
Poor little guy just came upstairs bawling and so sad and I couldn't fix it, even with a NSO family membership.
That's all, I'm just really disappointed. Surely, others have had similar issues??
