Getting worried

I have concerning symtoms

This started back in November with a rash on my neck. I've been in and out of offices looking for solutions. No one has answers.

Now I've been bloated for 4 weeks straight. My lower right abdomen hurts more than my lower left abdomen but both are touch sensitive. I'm feeling full quickly, have lesser appetite, and if I try to finish my plate I feel nauseous.

My 2 recent periods were off for me. Im December my flow was oddly lighter than usual, as well as completely off color. Everything was very old. I had lots of 'coffee grounds'. It lasted 8 days versus my usual 4 or 5 days.

The most recent one was similar but with some of the worst cramping I've ever had. Probably a 6 or 7.

VtM and OGoA Crossover

General Discussion

I'm planning on running a VtM table set in present day Knoxville, TN, and the majority of the table (including me) absolutely love the Old Gods of Appalachia podcast. I was thinking of leaning into some of their characters and stories and giving them a World of Darkness spin. I already have big plans for >!The Railroad Man!< and >!Daughter Dooley/The Witch Queen!< and also for >!JT Fields!< but I'd love to hear of other people's ideas! There's gotta be some crossover, right?

I have a character idea, and I'd love to know if it's possible. Playing/creating a character who successfully repossessed the body of the diablerist that committed the crime against them. Does the body take a new shape of the victim or stay the same as the diablerist? Is this even possible at a v5 table? How would you handle this idea?

I was wondering if anyone knew where his name comes from. Kvothe claims it means "to learn", which I think is accurate since Kvothe is a sponge, but in what language? It may give us some clues to not only him, but also other words we've heard and aren't sure of.

I'm amazed at how good the show is.

Discussion - No Spoilers

I'm new to The Sandman through the show. My father has been a long time fan. I was intrigued by the trailer, and assumed that it was the best pieces of a decent show, just like Netflix usually does. I am utterly fascinated with the world building, character development, visuals, cinematography, and soundtrack. I'm just upset that I slept on it this long, so my dad was nice enough to give me Nocturnes and Preludes to read. Also the Fandom has been wonderful - not much gatekeeping, and many people accepting the adaptation changes made for a more modern audience. I just needed to gloat about it to others who love it as much as I do.

So when Kvothe and Denna make it to Barrow Hill after the attack on the Moffit (sp?) farm, Kvothe wants to go to the second floor. there's. asks him not to go, and he comes back with 'Master Ash may be up there'. Denna then says "He's not the type to go into a burning building and get stuck there." Does she know what happened to Kvothe in the fishery? I chalked this up to coincidence, but Rothfuss is not known for his prose in circumstances.

I also realized that the farm is described being destroyed in the same way as the Underthing is described the first time - hollow wood and rusted metal all the way through. Do we think the Chandrian had something to do with the collapse of the Underthi
