Whimby

Has anyone dealt with this? I've had terrible nightmares the past few days, extremely vivid and it takes me a bit after waking up to recover. Last night I had a nightmare where I was being stabbed repeatedly in my stomach and my foot being crushed. In the dream excruciating pain, but when I woke up it was gone. But I woke up in sleep paralysis as I saw a child like ghost float away from right above my stomach.

If anyone has had issues with this, and found a solution, please let me know.

Last t break I went 40 days and it wasn't as bad as this time but I had nightmares the whole time.

Me and my ex are finishing up our divorce, and for the past half year or so I've had all 3 cats. There is Sokka and Embrii, who are brother and sister and we had since they were kittens, rescued from her parents garage, and Fiara, who we rescued when we heard a little mewling and found a kitten trapped in our neighbors shed.

Sokka is most attached to my ex, and I think he would be happiest with her, and Embrii is most attached to me. They are really attached to each other though. And Fiara makes it even more complicated because she's scared of other cats, but especially Embrii. She doesn't really get along with Sokka but they used to like each other.
