I’m about 6 inch tall, my hands’ palms about 8-inches long. Has anybody played this guitar with similar hands? Does it feel cramped?

I haven’t played for 8 years, and now am considering to buy my first guitar this year and get practiced a bit before buying electric one next year. I don’t want to buy a big one, concert version, and am looking for something smaller, convenient, that performs good sound.

I just met the job posting that indicates 30 applications on the Hiring Cafe website. But actually, this vacancy already has tons of applicants from LinkedIn. I'm not sure of all of those who clicked apply are actually applied applicants, but I don't really see any advantage to using Hiring Cafe vs LinkedIn.

For me, a job that is posted publicly almost immediately appears on LinkedIn or quite so. But for the Hiring Cafe, it takes hours because the scraping worker doesn't monitor companies often enough.

I only see the filters that allow me to navigate to my job where I have skillsets, but all those jobs already have tons of applicants. And the only luck I can get is when the Hiring Cafe sc

The job search result has a filter for how the sorting would be based on the options. I usually use the option: "Most recent" to have a better chance of being seen by the hiring manager. But recently, I have noticed a high volume of applicants for some of the titles. My question is, can Hiring Cafe introduce a new option for sorting results, like "Most recent and least applicants"?

I see every day this company is being posted with several new roles that I can't technically apply to.

When I click on the "Apply now" button on Hiring Cafe's page, it opens up a new page from Virtusa. But I can't even apply to any job posted by this company. It requires a login/password credentials, and there is no option to register. See the screen:

It looks like all those jobs posted by Virtusa are only for internal applicants. And if so, if any of you also can't apply to that company, HC - maybe you should remove it from Hiring Cafe?

I remember when I started using the Hiring Cafe in September 2025, I was only seeing pure job ads that directed to the companies' websites.

After a few updates on the Hiring Cafe, especially when they added an additional 30k companies list (I do not remember when it was, but it was short in the past), I started to see some artifacts like the ads indicate the United States, but when I click on the Apply button the original job describtion indicates (at the top of the page) a different coutry like India, Brazil or Egypt.

Example of this job posting: https://hiring.cafe/viewjob/rbzmzosnr5bbgswj
The HC says it's for San Francisco, Californi

I have a blower motor in my furnace, which draws 1/2 house power (see attached photo).

The details of this motor can be found here:

My question is, can I install a more powerful motor to achieve stronger airflow in my house? Which I believe is about the same size, or at least the same diameter: [https://www.supplyhouse.com/Rheem-51-25023-01-3-4-HP-1-PH-48-Motor-1075RPM-120

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for a quick phone call, then mentioned an assessment I need to pass first if a company decides to proceed with the interviews. I received the assessment details in my email, which required me to show my government ID during the first stage of the interview process.

I decided to ask a different way from a recruiter:

I received an email from "FirstName LastName <reply-to-sender @ mail.paylocity.com>" with the Header "reply-to: firstname.lastname @ esimplicity.com" about the position eSimplicity that I applied for on LinkedIn.

In the email, he invited me to a 15-20 minute meeting over Teams about the role, and a link to Book time to meet (URL: prod.url.paylocity.com/?q=<long_id>)

I booked a time and then talked to him for about 10-15 minutes on the screening. It was nothing like confidential, just about my job background and experience.

Then I received the "Next Steps" email from the same address and "reply-to" header. I replied to the email, and it was sent to "firstname.lastname @ esimplicity.com".

What's the hell?

Applications

I saw a new opening on LinkedIn yesterday, but on the company's official website, this position has been open for more than 27 days.
