Okay, I was wondering this because I thought I heard my father call my name, but he didn't because he wasn't anywhere near me. So I thought, maybe this is a world full of people in comas and when we think we hear people call our names it is them from the real world speaking to us, and we hear names more then anything else because that's the most recognisable thing to our vegetative brains. This made me think even more... What if the only way to get back to the real world is to kill yourself in this world...
