I just bought the 2027 Vestiq and it’s amazing.

I’ve previously owned a Tesla model X and Audi Q8 Etron, and this car is way more comfortable and luxurious.

The Vestiq rides like a true large luxury SUV - high, smooth, and bouncy. The Audi Q8 Etron is lower and smaller. It handled like a beast, but gave a rough ride.

I hated the one pedal driving on the Tesla, as it made passengers car sick and fatigued my leg which could never move. The Audi had coasting which I really liked, and then you could engage the regen by flicking a hand pedal or pressing the brake.

The Cadillac has a really cool hybrid setup. When you release the gas pedal, it engages a very minimal regen which feels a

Hey all!

Wanted to share this great scheme I have going on where you can rent out a beautiful cabin that doesn’t even exist!

I post a fake listing of a rustic cabin in the woods that sleeps 3. Just before checkin, I message the customer that there’s been an emergency and the cabin is not habitable, but I’ve got a great replacement for them!

Then I give them a room in my house lol

My brother and my husband don’t seem to mind. They find the constant stream of frustrated guests to be hilarious!

The best part is, they leave a negative review but VRBO lets me keep it up and other customers keep booking it!

If I want to rule out cyclosporiasis what is the appropriate order? I understand the standard O+P has low sensitivity.

UpToDate mentions modified acid-fast stain, or UV fluorescence microscopy, or a multiplex GI PCR panel.

I use Quest, can someone help me out? What are you all ordering to rule out cyclosporiasis?

I was interested in biweekly maid service for my three bedroom two bathroom apartment 1400 ft.² in Henderson. First floor, near St Rose Pkwy.

I got a referral from a friend who came and did a great job and she charged me $300 for the initial deep clean (only 2 months since the last deep clean) and then quoted $200 biweekly.

Am I just behind the times on price increases, or is $200 biweekly steep for a 1400 sqft apartment? Especially considering this an independent worker and not a big company taking a cut.

Hi Vegas!

With open enrollment coming up, I wanted to make myself available to answer any questions about Direct Primary Care / Concierge Medicine.

In the traditional Concierge model, the doctor usually charges a hefty yearly fee in addition to billing insurance for services. In the Direct Care model, fees are monthly and there is no insurance billing.

In our practice, patients enjoy unlimited visits, next day availability, texting with me, in house labs, EKG, and more for $95/mo. It is really a great option for everyone, but especially those who cannot afford insurance.

I feel like a lot of people are not aware of the affordable direct care option, so I want to help educate! A

Dear you,

Thank you for pointing out the obvious, which is that my asking price is higher than what any buyer who considered my listing is willing to pay. Otherwise, it would have been sold, and I would not be making this plea for help.

Yes, I am aware that if I lower my price tremendously enough, it will sell immediately. I’m not a fucking idiot.

However, my listing is probably not perfect, and I’d like to extract maximum value. Perhaps I could improve the marketability with your help.

If you have no advice on how to improve a listing, and your only advice is to lower the price, then I would ask you to keep your elementary school advice to yourself.
