Gonna be trying to build my ghostkeel tomorrow. Magnetizing the main gun seems easy, but I'd also really like to get the shoulder guns too - partly because I want access to the meltas for crisis suits - but it seems...ill suited to that. How did yall approach it, if at all?

So, I'm doing a vanilla classic ironman playthrough, and ai'm doing the base defense. First time doing it so not really sure what to expect. I get to the second wave (the flying enemies one) and I see two cyberdiscs and two drones roll in. I think "shit, cyberdiscs are scary. I'll stay back on overwatch though I think it'll be fine." Kill the remaining berserker and stand back, and then from the direction they were in, a cyberdisc rolls out and kills my corporal heavy who was apparently not in cover anymore (he was before.) Second cyberdisc comes in, shoots my mec for 9. Then,

a third and fourth cyberdisc show up and kill my mec outright.

Been building breachers and I have to say I'm rather fond of the support turret model, which is a shame because it might be one of the worst rules I've seen in the entire game (and I started with 10th codex launch admech). I think it'd be neat if the codex gives it a statline and something like. Breachers and Strike Teams can deploy it (either as an action or for free) and then it just lives where it was deployed and fires at enemies that end within 8" (with like, an actual profile - maybe something like a 1 damage missile pod with blast.) Just some sort of little bonus like that to make it actually matter would be cool. Yes I main engineer in tf2

Mostly curious because of the devilfish - I don't think there's any units that can equip both, but if I want to put missiles on the fish I wanna make sure I do it right.

So, I've been using fossify messenger, but a problem has suddenly arisen. I just don't get texts sent as group messages (from my mom who I believe is on iphone.) I tried switching to Quik SMS, but the problem persists. I re-enabled google's SMS app and was able to recieve them, but when I switched back to fossify and quik, they both displayed that conversation with an internal string-of-numbers designation and wouldn't let me reply to it. Anything I can do?

....is what this post was going to be. I was going to go through and look at all the star players in season 2 versus season 3, look for patterns, and discuss what the reasoning might've been. Then I looked, and found that only two stars were dropped (to my knowledge) - Bryce the Slice and Frank N. Stein.

I play Necromantic, so I thought the loss of two stars for sylvanian spotlight was reflected in wider loss of stars across the board...

(Not to complain, to be clear - sylvanian still has solid star choices!)
