We talk a lot about breaking generational curses and healing our inner child but biology, conditioning, and aging have a cruel way of catching up to us.

I have been meditating and practising yoga for quite sometime now. Lately, I am feeling a kind of buzzing sensation around my forehead and hearing some high pitched voice. At times, It also feels like something is making me close my eyes but after I close it, my heart starts beating rapidly and my eyes get opened. After that, I see blue colour over everything for few minutes or so. What do you guys think is the reason? And how should I stop this?
