I am a 6'6 male that weighs around 260 pounds (less time I checked) and I'm trying to get pretty big with calisthenics since my fighting gym only has dumbbells and I'm not paying for another gym membership.

I'm no beginner when it comes to working out so I can handle some tough routines but I am not sure how to plan out my push, pull, and leg days.

I'd really appreciate it if someone can give me some routines for pull and legs. I'll even take more exercises to add to my push day as well.

Push Day-

3x10 pushups

3x8 diamond pushup

3x8 tricep dip

Pike pushup (haven't tried it yet so idk how many to do)

3x10 bench dips

I'm trying to find some alumni to speak too about the physics and engineering programs to be better prepared. Does anyone know a way we can find them and reach out?

Question

Any students in their mid 20's that live in the Atlanta area? I went to that TIDA event yesterday and was very much out of places seeing all the young students on campus. I would definitely like to meet some people my age and hangout around Atlanta!

I'm a physics major but I'm a freshman so my freedom is counting down like a doomsday clock.

Deciding my major

I am currently a freshman student at KSU and right now my major is Physics concentration in electrical engineering. My ultimate goal is to get my Masters in Engineering physics (hopefully doctorate's after) and I would like to get in the field of Quantum Physics or a Research and Development role.

Right now my main issue is that I most likely will transfer over to Mechatronics engineering at KSU for two reasons.

One, engineering is just more fun in undergrad than physics. Two, KSU offers a 5 year master program with Mechatronics engineering.

Now I know I can just take engineering in undergrad and then go to grad school for engineering physics but I really want to get d

I am currently a maintenance tech at target with prior experience working for amazon in RME. I have about a total of 2 years experience in maintenance and will say I'm still a beginner when it comes to electrical but a lot better with mechanical.

I just got an opportunity to have a phone interview which will most likely lead to an in person interview with Siemens for the building automation system specialist role.

I want to know for one if I have a realistic chance of getting this role with my experience and two what all do I need to brush up on for the interview process to successfully get this role.

*I am somewhat familiar with BMS as we used johnson controls at my Amazon site.

I am newer to the industrial maintenance and am seeking a new job opportunity in Atlanta as I would like to go to school in the area. I have done multiple interviews for maintenance tech positions up there and have an offer but would really like to get an offer from the company Medline.

I have a final interview coming up for their Maintenance Tech position and would really like some help on what I should be studying to get better prepared.

Here is the link for the job so that you can see the job description-

I just got an opportunity to interview for Owens Corning and was very surprised about how much they pay for a tech 1 position. Can anybody give me some insight on the job and what the interview process is like? If I'm being honest I don't care if I gotta lift boulders all day! I'm young and want that money
