Yuragami

Hello everyone! I have been making origami,and 3D origami for quite some time now,but only recently have I found out that you can actually use the 3D origami triangles to make amazing art,"paintings". So I decide to join in on the party,and for my first project i plan on making a picture of my favorite Twice member:Dahyun! Before anyone asks,no i will not change my mind and make a portrait of someone else,sry,but she's my bias and this is what I'm doing :) My original plan was to make it out of 115k triangles,but the fact that it would be about 3.5m high ,is kind of a drawback sicne i don't have anywhere to keep it...I plan to ship it to Korea,to her(I saw the JYP video about how JYP is g

Hello! I'm new to reddit,but decide to make an account because of this subreddit.I have been a big origami fan for a long time,both origami and 3d origami.About 2 months ago i found out about the fact that you can actually make paintings and amazing art with it so I decide to do it myself since doing something like this was always in my head. I decide to make a really large piece,from about 115k-ish pieces,but it would be too large in size so i'm probably gonna make it out of 80k-ish pieces. As u can see,it's gonna be really big,probably about 2m in height. Questions I have about this is if there is anyone here that has made a painting so large can can tell me if the painting is gonna start
