I have noticed that the Byzantine empire is really really messy. They constantly have pleasant revolts and usually the peasant revolts are so powerful that they easily beat the governors in the provinces.

Sometimes I just automate my army and join every vassal's peasant revolt war to help them but there are periods where this leads to my army constantly marching back and forth across the whole empire putting down revolts...

What are some reliable methods to stop this from happening? I'm guessing this happens because of the inherent popular opinion penalty from the culture?

Before you say I could have search for this exact question or asked Google: I have! None of what I have found makes sense (or reflects what happened in my game)

So I figured I knew the basics... Settle new world and get 1k pops there asap. I play silly egalitarians so I need to do this by creating jobs there so my pops move over. Great. That worked. Next stop 3k pops... Except that never happens.

I started a game as UNE, unmodded with all but the latest DLC. I colonised 3 planets in the first 5 years and by around 2220 they all have 1k pops and planetary adminstration. By this point I had finished two ascension things with no idea what to do yet and I hadn't actually found any aliens yet b

Whenever I need to confirm a sale by holding down a button, the game sells everything. Horses, supplies, everything. Same thing happens to the contribution at camp whenever I contribute an item.

I remember the HRE used to have a big, fancy, mostly black and white imperial court that was unique, like the Byzantine court but I can't find it and don't have it upon creating the HRE.

Where did it go and how do I get it?

Accolades can no longer go inactive. They just disappear.

In other words, never ever let your heir hold anything more than a county. If you're playing admin probably just ignore the feature altogether because there will be accolade shuffle on every appointment.

Little bit of an oversight imo.

Hello,

Since the update it seems that the cost of MAA for characters living under an admin government has gone up by 100% for personal MAA and 200% for title MAA. This does not seem to have happened at first though but only started after a while.

Does anyone know what causes this? Also it seems that my imperial army costs less when raised than it does while unraised :D

You go around, growing horses and then you have enough horses so you can upgrade your level of awesome and dominate a kingdom and then migrate so somewhere where you can grow more horses and then what? Is this the gameplay loop until you have all the horses?
Am I missing something?

Ever since the last update, my GPU is working overtime running CK3. It never used to do this.

It gets really bad when I open the royal court and it goes to 81-83 degrees regularly but sometimes even just looking at the map with nothing going on makes it get pretty toasty.

Has anyone else noticed this? Any idea what's causing it or what to turn down to stop it?

So this is post number 5683 this week about succession, I'm sure but I've come across a situation I don't quite understand:

I started a game as the default chieftain of angermanland which is in Sweden and worked my way up to king of Denmark. I'm still tribal and I have just reformed the asatru faith which is the first time I've done this.

Through a series of invasions and subjugation wars, I currently control most of Norway and Finland via my vassals (Norway is currently held by a Christian king of Sweden so I can't get the title without a war) and Finland hasn't been created yet.

My main duchy is in Denmark and I also hold another duchy in Denmark.

I have confederate partition and equal
