Is there a way to remove a solid tyre and keep it intact? All the tutorials I've found destroy the solid wheel to remove it.

The solids are hardly used and I'd like to reuse if possible, anyone done this? Would a bike shop manage it?

So far all I've got is tying one end to the table or borrowing a dog who doesn't mind loud noises. Positive this sub will have some cracking ideas. I'm not having Christmas dinner without wearing a daft hat, collecting tat and breathing sharply out through my nose.
