Last week, we announced our intention to go out of business. Moments after, we received an outpour of support from customers expressing everything from gratitude and condolences to even anger. To date, this has amounted to several hundred emails and phone calls. To relive the past 8 years in a matter of days has been surreal.

After nearly 8 years in the business, it's time to throw in the towel.

 

We have gone as far as we can go. We even received a PMTA acceptance letter from the FDA. However, with the signing of the 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act, which added vapor products to the existing PACT Act, our time has inevitably come to an end. As our federal, state, and local governments continue to pass non-sensible flavor bans, regulations and taxes, we find these adversaries too great to overcome.

The past few months have been absolutely nerve-racking as politicians and companies begin to show their true colors and intentions for this industry. In spite of all that, I for one am still grateful for a lot of things: to be able to stay in business, to be able to have trade organizations fighting for our behalf, and to be able to vape flavors.
