Title. +tac on knock is a genuinely fun and interesting addition to the gameplay, probably the amp with the most meaningful amount of choice behind its selection. Finding that synergy between an Amp and your legend's abilities is the most rewarding part of using them.

i don't even use Power Booster myself, since I play Rampart, where Overflow / Inf Ammo / over armor (before purple evo) work better. but I recognize its rewarding synergy with other legends.

I'd suggest Powe Booster be split into two amps, one for +tac charge on knock (and maybe + ult charge on squad wipe? could be cool), and the other for tac+ult cd reduction.

title

i7-13700k, 6800XT GPU. at 1440p and medium settings I've always been able to get 165FPS but it was never smooth. always had some form of micro stutter that anti-lag, vsync issues etc never could resolve. I'd tried everything but this.

instant. fucking. buttery smooth. this was the setting I'd been searching for all this time

thank you to the commenters in the update thread that recommended this.

This mode would adjust all recipes- including alternates- and ratios to remove all prime factors that don't result in clean decimals - namely, 7, 11, 13, etc.

a machine could still take 7 items in per cycle, but any additional inputs would need to be 3.5 each, and outputs 14, for example. so the actual machine manifold could still need precise tuning for 100% efficiency, but the ratio of outputs to inputs is always a clean multiple.

thoughts?

question about node randomization, if anyone can help me understand. option 1 is that each location randomly chooses an element from the list. option 2 is that you have the list and count of elements, then each element chooses a random location which is then removed from the location list. why does this matter? because option 2 preserves the same total amount of each resource available in the world, whereas option 1 you're likely to have way more of rare elements like SAM in total. if it's like option 1, that means that if you want an experience closest to the default totals, then you'd actually need to pick basic resource rich randomization

firstly, if you haven't already, set mboost on crouch. now, all you need to consistently hit superglides is to input superglide like 2 frames? (may vary based on your FPS) after the correct mboost timing as indicated. if you're early, you'll just hit mboost instead of deadsliding. at first I set this up thinking I would just hit mboost all the time, but after just a few hours of practice, I now hit super really really consistently.

the spitfire rampart hop-up plus amped reloads perk is basically instant reloads with a decent stock

The peacekeeper does 93/108-> 112 / 130!!! through walls

volt, wingman, 30-30 are all also nice to use but spitty PK just seem to be the optimal combo that makes the most use of the current damage and hop-ups.

What do you think?

Especially with the changes to Ranked that value placement, these weapons can sustain a crazy amount of damage with very high accuracy at range. Do you think they're too strong?

The RE-45 Burst and PK are also quite strong but have charge-up drawbacks and still require out-aiming the other player during CQC and are beatable with other shotguns and SMGs. In contrast, I feel like ARs are not currently an even matchup against the marksmen except for at medium range- and even then, the Scout hipfire can still win a fight against Flatline hipfire.
