When I look at the premiums released this year and compare them to the years before I realised that only a very small fraction fo them can actually be considered "good" while the majority goes from quite mediocre to completely garbage.

For real, we're very far from the gamebreaking powerhouses that were Alaska, Georgia, Musashi, Smaland, Enterprise etc...

In fact the only premiums that strikes me as "overperforming" are Chkalov and maybe Kearsarge.

Most of them are mediocre (Rochester, Constellation, Carnot, Congress, Gibraltar, Borodino)

A good chunk of them are complete trash (Tiger 59, Flandre, Marco polo, Hizen, Brandenburg)

And only a few of them are decent (Plymouth, Tulsa,.....)

For example, why do german CAs only get depth charges when everybody else has airstrikes?

Why do the french BB line get such garbage airstrikes compared to everybody else? (even the germans and Italians, which weren't even supposed to get airstrikes in the first place are 3x better in that department)

Why do Musashi get 6km airstrikes and Georgia doesn't?

Is it a balancing factor? In that case, are the french BBs and German CAs really outperforming everyone else so they get shitty ASW ?

I don't understand.

It's quite obvious that Manjuu has started to give much more attention to minor factions recently: no more foreign girls in their event rosters, much more appearances/mentions in the story, more frequent events with the Russians for example who got their second one only a year after the first and so on.....

However, so far DR/UR ships have remained a "major faction only" thing. And with this new EU event, which brought the total number of UR/DR ships in the game to 7 (no, I'm not counting the Bulin), I started to wonder when will we get a UR for one of the minor factions, and who could it possibly be:

edit: alright, since this post has been downvoted a lot I will say this: I litteraly spent 6 hours doing this comparison, putting the best test runs together, analysing the results etc.... If you have a problem with my methodology, my analysis or my conclusion, at the very least post a comment or go PM

(you can skip this part if you only want to see the results)

First of all, I would like to address something before showing the results:

Yes, french secondary builds have always been kind of a meme, mostly because of the limited brawling capabilities of their hull and the poor penetrations values of their guns. However! Alsace was the exception. With the second highest potential s

I play on steam and I noticed that for every single update, the launcher makes my computer download roughly 40 GB before allowing me to play.

And I recently moved in a house where I don't have any wired/fiber connection so 4G internet is basically my only option (which is terrible since the beggining of the confinement btw) .

Unfortunately I live in a country where this shit is hella expensive and I don't really want to pay the equivalent of 30 US dollars (I'm not even exaggerating) to download the latest update just because wargaming don't have the slightest idea on how to code their game edit: sorry for unfairly accusing you Weegee.

Is it possible?
